CLMA-GLAC is pleased to announce our Annual Spring Event for 2009. We have a great line-up of speakers for you and hope you can attend.
Here is the day's agenda:
7:30 am- Registration
8:00 am- Commercilization of molecular Pathology: Conflicting Forces of Science, Economics, and Patient Access. Wayne Grody, MD, PhD, Professor, Division of Medical Genetics and Molecular Pathology, UCLA School of Medicine
9:30 am- Morning Break and Vendor Visits
10:00 am- Labs Made Better, The Cost of Quality. Lucia Berte, MA, MT(ASCP)SBB, DLM, CQA, CQM/OE (ASQ)
11:30 am- Lunch and Vendor Visits
1:00 pm- The Future of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. Joseph Cooper, MD, CAP house of delegates
2:30 pm- Afternoon Break and Vendor Visits
3:00 pm- CAP Survey Preparation
As usual, attendees at this meeting will receive 6 CEU's as well as some great information. Lunch will be served and Vendor booths will be present during breaks to get up-to-date on the latest and greatest industry has to offer. Throughout the day there will be numerous raffles and the chance to network with your colleagues.
