President's Message:
Dear Colleagues,
We have a very exciting program planned for you at our Spring Education Event at City of Hope on Saturday April 17th. We listened to your recommendations for topics you identified on our membership survey. We have a great line-up of speakers and topics. Registration is open at our website now. We have made a few changes this year and ask that you pre-register on-line. There will be no registration at the door. We are also being more environmentally aware and will not be providing handouts when you arrive. We will be sending all registrants a link to the handouts a week before so you may choose to print them or keep them electronically.
We are pleased to inform you that the Greater Los Angeles Chapter is the top of five winners of the 2009 CLMA PAC Chapter Challenge. The prize was one free registration to ThinkLab 2010. Every one who contributed to our chapter PAC events was given one chance for each $20 donation and a winner was drawn. I am happy to announce Sonia Maljian, Laboratory Director at Arcadia Methodist Hospital was our winner and won free registration to the 2010 Think Lab. CONGRATULATIONS Sonia!
Thanks to all of you for your support of the CLMA PAC Over $6,000 was raised at Chapter PAC Events in 2009. WOW!!!
